Celebration

A lot of the time we are so focused on the result, we overlook how far we have come. When we celebrate our achievements, we acknowledge and honour our effort, creating positive feedback loops that keep us motivated when times inevitably become difficult.

Learning how to celebrate the journey allows us to experience more joy and gratitude.
