Mindful Moments Curriculum

With over 50 games and activities, students aged 3- 11 will learn how to notice and name their thoughts, emotions, and responses.

Through guided discussions, they will reflect on how their thoughts, emotions, and responses can impact their words, actions, and decisions.

With a focus on self-awareness and self-regulation, Mindful Moments provides students with tools to navigate the challenges of daily life with greater ease and resilience.
