Mindfulness Meditation

Our 5-week mindfulness meditation course is tailored for school staff, who want to strengthen their self-awareness and resilience.

This beginner-friendly course meets once a week for 1.5 hours, providing practical tools and strategies to help you build a meditation practice that supports both your personal well-being and classroom approach.

Over the five weeks, you’ll lay a strong foundation, learn how to shift from reacting to responding, and harness the power of compassionate communication, fostering a more balanced and connected teaching experience.
