In this workshop, you will be introduced to the Mindful Sparks Approach, an accessible, sustainable framework rooted in mindfulness to help you shift from reactive to responsive living.

You’ll explore how self-awareness, compassion, and resilience can rewrite daily habits that contribute to stress and burnout.

Through reflection, discussion, and actionable tools, you’ll learn to recognise signs of dysregulation, respond with compassion, and build emotional resilience.
