You can swap, browse, take, or drop off items that you no longer need.

Any unclaimed items at the end of the day will be donated to a local NGO.

Our Swap Shops are donation based with the donations being used to help cover transport costs of the unclaimed items.

We will give you the tools to begin to better understand your thoughts, emotions and responses and your habitual patterns of behaviour.
